We currently have the following job vacancies:



  • Responsible for product sourcing, sample handling and order follow up independently.
  • Keep track of the order status including purchase orders and quotation
  • Prepare the relevant order documentation; maintain and update the ERP system
  • Coordinate with factory and suppliers on sample process, production orders and delivery
  • Continuously price and trading term negotiations with vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare the relevant order documentation; maintain and update the ERP system
  • Closely work with R&D and QA team for production issue resolutions
  • Source and review new supplier capability to establish long term strategic vendor management program
  • Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers
  • Other duties assigned as needed.


  • 5 – 8 years of working experience on sourcing, merchandising within a trading company environment
  • Knowledgeable in merchandising work and good experience in dealing with vendors and factories
  • Experience in Kitchenware/Household items a big advantage 
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skill
  • An understanding of Quality Assurance, Compliance and Engineering
  • Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, detail oriented, creative, energetic, self-motivated and team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese + Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Frequent travel to PRC required
